FAQs

Buying

Straight away. As soon as the payment is confirmed the order is marked paid and the files appear under Downloads in your dashboard. Card and UPI payments usually confirm in seconds, crypto takes as long as the network needs to confirm the transaction.

Yes. Your purchases, licence keys and download links live in your account, so you can come back for the files at any time from any device.

No. A seller can set the price of a listing to zero, and the listing then shows Free instead of an amount. You still get the same product page, the same files and the same licence as a paid listing.

Add it to your cart and finish checkout as usual. There is nothing to pay, so no payment method is asked for, the order is completed straight away and the files appear under Downloads in your dashboard.

Yes. A free product sits in your downloads like anything else, so when the seller ships a new release your download switches to the newest files and you can raise a ticket about it from the order.

There is nothing to refund because no money changed hands. If a free download is broken or misleading, report the listing or contact us and we will look at it.

No, and it would not change anything. Coupons only work on items that cost something, and free items are ignored when a coupon checks its minimum order amount.

Some sellers price their work per project instead of publishing a fixed price. Those listings show a contact button instead of a price, and you agree the amount with the seller before anything is invoiced.

No, and you do not need to. If a product is already in your account the page shows that you own it and links you to your downloads instead of adding it to the cart again. Items you already own are also skipped in the cart total.

Yes. The catalogue covers source code, scripts, Discord bots, Telegram bot scripts, plugins, templates and other digital products across many categories, and paid files are available to download straight after checkout.

Yes. The cart handles a mixed basket, each seller is paid for their own items, and you get one order and one invoice covering all of it.

Payments

Yes. On custom projects your money is held by the platform in escrow and only released to the developer when you approve the delivered work, or the review window passes with no response. Ready-made products are protected by the 14 days refund window, and every seller has a public review history before you buy.

Card, UPI and crypto, depending on what is switched on for your region at checkout. Crypto payments are checked on chain against the exact amount shown on the payment page.

Every product is priced in USD, and your local currency is shown next to it as a guide using a live exchange rate. The amount that actually settles is the USD one, so a small difference with your bank rate is normal.

Leave the payment page open. Crypto and UPI payments confirm on their own once the network or the bank reports the transfer, and the order flips to paid without you doing anything. If the money left your account and nothing changed after the payment window closes, open a ticket with the order number and we will trace it.

Yes. A payment link opens without signing in, so a colleague or a client can pay it for you. The products still land in the account that placed the order.

Every paid order has an invoice and a receipt you can open or download from the order in your dashboard, with your business details if you added them to your profile.

Coupons

Codes are created by sellers, so a code only reduces the price of items from the seller who issued it. Anything else in your cart stays at full price.

One code per order. If you enter a second one it replaces the first, so pick whichever gives you the better saving.

Some coupons only start working above a minimum amount, counted on the eligible seller's items before the discount. Add enough of that seller's products to reach it and the code will apply.

Three usual reasons: it reached its expiry time, the seller's total number of uses ran out, or you already used it as many times as that code allows. Codes are counted only when an order is actually paid, so an abandoned checkout does not burn your use.

Refunds

14 days from the purchase. Because everything here is delivered instantly as a download, sales are final once that window passes.

When the product is clearly different from its listing, when the files are corrupt or incomplete and the seller cannot fix them, when you were charged twice for the same product, or when a fault on our side stops you accessing what you paid for and support cannot solve it.

Changing your mind, buying something you cannot run in your setup, skipping the requirements written on the listing, or wanting features the listing never claimed. Custom and contact for price work that has already been delivered is also final.

Open the order in your dashboard and raise a ticket from there with the details and any screenshots. The seller gets 72 hours to respond and fix the problem before our team reviews the case.

Downloads and updates

In your dashboard under Downloads, listed by order. Links are generated fresh each time you click, so a link you saved earlier may stop working while the file itself stays available.

No. Updates are included for as long as the product stays on sale. When a seller ships a new release you are notified and your download switches to the newest files.

On the product page there is a changelog with every release, newest at the top and the current one marked as latest. Sellers write that note themselves when they publish an update.

Not always. Sellers can add instructions separately, and when they do you see them next to the download in your dashboard, so check there before opening a ticket.

No. A purchase covers you or your company under the licence on the listing. Passing files on is what gets accounts closed and licences revoked.

Selling

Hub Market is built for exactly that. Upload your source code, scripts, bots, templates or other digital products, set your own price, and reach buyers already searching for them. Approved sellers keep 85 percent of each sale by default.

Apply on the Become a seller page. Once your shop is approved you add a listing with your files, description, price and supported platforms, submit it for review, and it goes live in the catalogue. Updates, coupons, orders and earnings are all managed from the seller studio.

Apply from the Become a seller page. We look at who you are and what you plan to publish, and once your shop is approved you get the seller studio for listings, coupons, orders and earnings.

New shops go through review, so a listing is checked before it appears in the catalogue. Sellers with a solid record can be switched to instant publishing by our team.

Sellers keep 85 percent of each sale by default and the platform keeps the rest as its 15 percent fee. The rate is stored on each order at the time of sale, so a later change never rewrites what you already earned.

Free listings are granted per shop. Ask our team through support, and once it is enabled for your shop you can put 0 in the price field and the listing goes out as a free download. Everything else works the same way: review, files, versions, changelogs and buyer messages.

No. The fee is a share of what the buyer pays, so on a free listing the fee is zero and nothing is deducted from you. The order still records the commission rate of the day for your books.

They count as orders and add to the product's sales number, which helps your listing get seen, but they add nothing to your balance because no money came in. Buyers of a free product can review it like anyone else.

Earnings from an order sit in a hold period of 24 hours first, which covers the refund window and any dispute. After that they move to your available balance and you can request a withdrawal from the studio once it reaches $20.

That option is granted per shop. Ask our team through support, and once it is enabled for your shop the option appears in the listing form without you needing to do anything else.

Account and security

Yes, from Security in your dashboard using any authenticator app. You also get recovery codes, so keep them somewhere safe in case you lose the phone.

From Security in your dashboard. You need your current password, and your second factor too if you have one switched on.

Sign out every other device from Security, change your password, then message support. We can look at recent sign ins and lock things down while you sort it out.

Yes, contact support and we will close it. Records tied to paid orders, invoices and tax obligations are kept for as long as the law requires, everything else goes.

Projects

From the Projects page, choose Post a project and describe the work: what you need built or fixed, the category, any skills, and a budget if you have one in mind. Our team checks every post before it goes live, so give it enough detail for a developer to understand the job.

Yes, to keep the board serious: one account can have up to 2 live projects at a time and up to 4 new posts in 24 hours. Closing or deleting a project frees its slot straight away.

Every project is reviewed by our team before it appears on the board. If it is rejected you are told why, so you can fix the brief and post it again.

You write a proposal explaining how you would handle the job - no price is needed at this stage. The client reads the applicants, shortlists the ones they like and opens a private discussion with them.

After discussing the details privately, the developer sends a formal price offer, split into stages if the work is big. The client can accept it, or decline it with a note so the developer can revise - up to three offers per discussion.

The client funds a stage before work on it starts, and the money is held by the platform - not by the developer. It is released only when the client approves the delivered work, or automatically after the review window passes with no response. Neither side can run away with anything.

A service fee of 5% is added on top when you fund a stage, with a minimum of $2 per deal. On a $1,000 deal that works out to $50, and you always see the full cost before paying.

A fee of 5% is deducted from the amount released to you, with a minimum of $2 per deal. The rate is frozen on your contract when the offer is accepted, so a later change never affects a deal already running.

When the client approves a delivery - or the review window of about 3 days passes with no response - the stage is released. The money then goes through the same short hold as product sales before it becomes withdrawable from the developer's wallet.

Either side can raise an issue from the deal room. The money freezes immediately and our team steps in, reviews the conversation, the delivered files and the stages, then releases the payment, refunds the client, or splits it between both sides.

Yes. Stages that were never funded are simply dropped, and anything already funded is refunded or settled per the resolution. Cancelled deals are reflected fairly in both sides' reputations.

To protect both sides from scams, contact details, social media handles, phone numbers and offers to deal or pay outside the platform are hidden automatically before the other side sees them. Keeping everything inside escrow is what makes the protection work; repeated attempts are flagged to our team.

Yes. Sharing a normal website link - for example to show the style of site you want - is fine. Links to social media profiles, messaging apps and payment pages are not allowed, because those move the deal outside escrow.

Files shared inside a deal stay downloadable for 90 days after the deal ends. After that they are removed for privacy, while the deal record, invoice and reviews remain in your account.

Both sides rate each other once the work is complete. Reviews stay hidden until both have written theirs (or the blind period ends), so neither side is influenced by the other. The scores build the reputation shown on profiles and help good developers rank higher in future applications.

Affiliate

Join the programme from your dashboard and you get a personal referral link. When somebody opens it, anything they buy in the next 24 hours is credited to you, whichever seller the products come from. Only orders that are actually paid count, so an abandoned checkout earns nothing.

The commission is 2% of what the buyer actually pays, worked out line by line, and it is the same rate on every paid product and every subscription plan. It comes out of the platform's own share, so the seller is never paid less because you referred the sale. Free and fully discounted orders earn nothing.

It is credited as soon as the order is paid and sits pending for 3 days while the refund window and any dispute pass. After that it moves to your available balance and is yours to withdraw.

Once your available balance reaches $10 you can request a withdrawal from the wallet in your dashboard, using the payout method you saved there. Anything below that keeps building up until it reaches the amount.

The commission for that order is reversed and taken back off your balance. If it had already been paid out to you, the amount is deducted from your next earnings instead.

No. An order placed by the same account that owns the referral link is not credited, and the same goes for obvious attempts to route your own buying through the link.

Your commission follows the amount the buyer actually paid after the discount, not the original price. Very heavily discounted orders can therefore pay a little less than you expect.

Yes. A single click opens the window, and every item bought inside those 24 hours is counted, even items from several different sellers in one order.

Yes, but it is paid on a different basis. Products pay a percentage of the purchase, projects pay a share of our fee. If somebody signs up through your link and later hires on a project, or takes one on as a freelancer, you earn 15% of the platform fee we collect each time a payment stage is released, not a percentage of the project value. Nothing comes out of the escrow money, so neither the client nor the freelancer is paid less because you referred them.

Say a $500 stage is approved and released, and the platform fee on it is the usual 10%. We collect $50, and your share of that at 15% is $7.50. The developer and the client are unaffected, because your commission comes only out of the fee we already collected.

It is paid only after a payment stage is approved and released, never when the escrow is funded, and it is held for the same period as any other commission. A referred person keeps earning for you for 365 days after they sign up, up to $150 in total from that one person. If a released stage is refunded, the commission is taken back.

In the affiliate section of your dashboard. It shows your link, the number of clicks it has had, every referred order with the commission it earned, and the running total you have made.
