This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your access to and use of Hub Market (the "Platform", "we", "us"), including the website, buyer and seller accounts, checkout, downloads, payouts and any official channel we operate. By creating an account, browsing listings or completing a purchase you confirm that you have read this Agreement and agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. This Agreement should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and DMCA page, which form part of it.
Hub Market is an online marketplace where independent sellers list and deliver digital products: source code and scripts, bots and automations, AI tools, web and mobile applications, themes and templates, plugins and extensions, design and graphic assets, and similar developer resources. Every item is a digital download: there is no physical shipment. We provide the storefront, checkout, delivery and payout infrastructure and facilitate the transaction between buyer and seller. Unless a listing states otherwise, we do not author, own or independently certify the products offered, and the contract for each product is between you and the seller.
Some features require an account. You agree that the information you register with is accurate and kept up to date, that you will keep your password and two-factor credentials secure, and that you are responsible for everything done under your account. One person or business may hold one account; duplicate or shared accounts created to bypass limits, discounts or bans are not permitted. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. We may suspend or close accounts that breach this Agreement or place other users at risk.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must use the Platform in compliance with the laws that apply to you, including export, sanctions and tax law. You may not use the Platform if you are located in, or acting on behalf of a party in, a jurisdiction subject to sanctions that would make your use unlawful.
If you list products, you confirm that you own the intellectual property in everything you upload or are properly licensed to distribute it, including any third-party libraries, assets or fonts bundled with it. Your listing must accurately describe what the buyer receives: files or download links, dependencies, platform compatibility, version, and anything the buyer must supply themselves. You may not upload pirated, cracked or "nulled" work, malware, backdoors, hidden kill switches, cryptominers, licence phone-home code that disables a purchased product, or deliberately obfuscated code intended to conceal any of the above. You agree to answer reasonable buyer support requests promptly, and, where you have published an update, to make it available to buyers entitled to it. We may request verification documents before or after you begin selling, and we may unpublish, reject or permanently remove any listing that breaches this Agreement or applicable law.
Each purchase grants you the licence described on the listing for the account that bought it. Unless the listing expressly permits it, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, mirror, publish, share or upload purchased files anywhere, and you may not share your account or download links to give others access. You are responsible for reading the listing, requirements and compatibility notes before buying, and for keeping your own backups of files you download. Breaching a licence, including reselling or leaking a product, revokes your licence to it without refund and may result in account termination.
Sellers keep ownership of everything they upload. By listing a product you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, promote and deliver that product and its title, description, images and preview material on the Platform and in our official promotional channels, for as long as the listing is live and for as long afterwards as needed to serve buyers who already own it. You can withdraw a listing at any time; buyers who already purchased it keep their licence and their access for the period described in the listing and our policies.
Prices are set by sellers and settled in US dollars; any local currency shown on the site is an indicative conversion for reference only. Payments are handled by third-party providers, card processors, crypto payment rails and UPI among them, and are subject to their own terms. You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges or network fees that apply to you. On each sale we deduct a platform commission at the rate published at the time of that sale; the rate applied to an order is fixed when the order is created and later changes do not affect completed sales. Seller earnings are held for a clearing period before they become available for withdrawal, and may be held longer where an order is disputed, under review or suspected of fraud. Withdrawals are paid to the payout method you configure, and you are responsible for the accuracy of that address or account. We are not liable for losses caused by a payment or payout provider's failure, delay or error, or by details you entered incorrectly.
Coupons created by a seller apply only to that seller's eligible items, and only where any product restriction and minimum order amount are met; other sellers' items in the same cart are charged in full. One coupon applies per order, entering another code replaces the first. Coupon uses are consumed by completed, paid orders and are released again if a checkout is abandoned or fails. Referral and affiliate rewards are attributed through a cookie for the window published in our program terms and are payable only on genuine, completed, non-refunded orders. We may cancel or reverse any discount, referral reward or promotional credit obtained through self-referral, duplicate accounts, fake orders, manipulation or any other abuse.
Because products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are generally final; our Refund Policy sets out the limited cases where a refund may be granted and the time limit for requesting one. Raise an issue with the seller first through the order, sellers get the first opportunity to fix a problem. If it cannot be resolved, we will review the case, may ask both parties for evidence, and our decision is final. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and revocation of your licences.
You may not: upload or sell pirated, stolen or infringing material; distribute malware or anything designed to harm users or their systems; impersonate another person, seller or brand; post fake reviews, ratings, sales or support responses; commit payment fraud, launder funds or abuse chargebacks; scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Platform outside what our published interfaces allow; probe, overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; circumvent commission, download limits, licence checks or account bans; or harass, threaten or abuse other users or our staff. We may remove content, restrict features, withhold funds connected to fraudulent sales, and suspend or terminate accounts for any of the above.
The Platform itself, its software, design, layout, source code, database, brand name, logos and marketing material, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any of it to you. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or create a derivative of the Platform, and you may not use our name or logo to suggest a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
We work to keep the Platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, provider outages and events outside our control may interrupt access. We may add, change, restrict or discontinue features, listings, payment methods or parts of the service at any time. Where a change materially affects paid access you already hold, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice.
Products are supplied by their sellers "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that a product will meet your requirements or run in your environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for the acts, omissions, content or products of sellers, buyers or third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Hub Market, together with its owners, staff and affiliates, against any claim, loss, liability, damage, penalty or reasonable legal cost arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of this Agreement or applicable law, the content or products you upload, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access, unpublish your listings or withhold funds where you breach this Agreement, where we reasonably suspect fraud, infringement or illegal activity, or where your conduct endangers other users or the integrity of the marketplace. On termination, legitimately earned balances remain payable once any investigation and clearing period ends, while balances derived from fraudulent or infringing sales may be withheld or reversed. Buyers who have their account terminated for abuse lose access to downloads without refund. You may stop using the Platform at any time and request deletion of your account, subject to the records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.
We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the service, in our policies or in the law. The revised version is posted on this page with a new "last updated" date and takes effect when posted. Continuing to use the Platform after that date means you accept the updated Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Hub Market is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it in good faith, through a support ticket where an order or payout is involved and through the Contact Us page or [email protected] in every other case. Where that fails, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that same jurisdiction. Claims are brought individually and not as part of a class or representative proceeding. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
General questions about this Agreement, a listing or your account can be sent from the Contact Us page or by email to [email protected], with no account required. Matters tied to an order or a payout are best raised as a support ticket, so the relevant records travel with your message. We aim to answer every message within one business day.
