These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Hub Market, including its website, marketplace, accounts, checkout, downloads, seller tools and related services. By visiting the Platform, creating an account, listing a product or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms should be read with our User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and DMCA page. Together, those documents form the rules that apply to your use of Hub Market.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must comply with the laws that apply to you, including intellectual property, consumer, export, sanctions and tax laws. You may not use Hub Market if doing so would be unlawful in your location or if you are acting for a person or organisation that is legally restricted from using the service.
Hub Market is an online marketplace where independent sellers offer digital products such as source code, scripts, bots and automations, AI tools, web and mobile applications, themes, templates, plugins, extensions, design assets and similar developer resources. We provide the storefront, checkout, delivery and account infrastructure that connects buyers and sellers. Products are supplied by their sellers unless a listing clearly says otherwise. We do not become the author, owner or publisher of a seller's product merely because it is listed on the Platform.
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep it current and maintain only one account unless we approve another arrangement for a legitimate business need. Keep your password, two factor authentication codes and recovery details confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you reported unauthorised access promptly and did not cause it through negligence. Tell us immediately if you believe your account or email has been compromised: open a support ticket if you can still sign in, or use the Contact Us page or [email protected] if you cannot. We may require identity or security checks before restoring access or approving a sensitive action.
A seller must own the rights to every product and asset they upload, or hold a licence that permits its sale and distribution. Listings must accurately explain what the buyer receives, how delivery works, relevant dependencies, supported platforms, compatibility, version information and any material limitations. Products must not contain malware, backdoors, cryptominers, destructive code, stolen material, pirated or nulled work, or hidden behaviour that contradicts the listing. Sellers must provide reasonable support, respond to genuine order issues and honour any updates or access promised in the listing. We may verify a seller, inspect a submission, reject or unpublish a listing, restrict selling privileges or request evidence of ownership at any time.
A purchase gives the buyer the licence stated on the product listing. It does not transfer ownership of the seller's intellectual property unless the listing expressly says so. Buyers must review the description, requirements, compatibility and licence before paying. Unless the applicable licence permits it, purchased files, source code, credentials and download links may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, mirrored, published or shared with another person. A licence may be revoked without refund where a buyer leaks or resells a product, shares account access, circumvents delivery controls or otherwise breaches the licence.
Sellers control their product descriptions and prices, subject to our marketplace rules. We may correct clear typographical, technical or pricing errors and may cancel an affected unpaid order. A listing may be revised, suspended or removed because of a seller decision, a rights complaint, a security concern or a breach of these terms. Removal from sale does not automatically cancel a valid licence already granted to a buyer, although access may be limited where continued delivery would be unlawful or unsafe. Listings that ask buyers to contact the seller for a price are enquiries, not completed orders, until the buyer and seller separately agree on the work, price and delivery terms.
Base prices and settlements are recorded in US dollars. A local currency amount shown on the Platform is an estimate for convenience and may differ slightly from the final amount because of exchange rates, provider fees or network fees. Payments may be handled by card processors, crypto networks, UPI services or other independent providers. An order is not paid until the Platform receives reliable confirmation through the relevant payment method. We may delay or refuse fulfilment while a payment, account or transaction is reviewed for fraud, duplication, sanctions or technical errors. You are responsible for entering the correct payment details, network and amount.
For each marketplace sale, Hub Market deducts the commission rate in effect when the order is created. That rate is recorded with the order, so a later commission change does not rewrite a completed seller's earnings. Seller balances remain in a clearing period before withdrawal and may be held longer while an order is disputed, refunded, reversed or reviewed for fraud or infringement. Sellers are responsible for accurate payout details and any tax, bank, provider or network obligation that applies to their earnings. We are not responsible for funds sent to an address or account entered incorrectly by the seller.
A seller coupon applies only to that seller's eligible products and only when its product scope, minimum order amount, dates, usage limit and buyer limit are satisfied. Items from another seller do not count towards the minimum and remain at full price. Only one coupon may be applied to an order, and entering another replaces the first. Coupon usage is counted on a successful purchase, while a failed or abandoned checkout releases its reservation. Referral and affiliate rewards depend on valid attribution and a genuine completed order. We may cancel discounts, rewards or credits created through a referral to yourself, duplicate accounts, fake transactions, technical manipulation or other abuse.
Products are delivered digitally after payment is confirmed. Delivery may include uploaded files, a direct download link, separate instructions, or a combination of these. Instructions shown in the buyer's account are not necessarily included inside an archive. Buyers should download and securely back up their purchases. Where a listing includes continuing updates, eligible buyers receive the releases the seller publishes under that promise. A seller is not required to create a new feature or provide indefinite support unless the listing expressly includes it.
Digital products are available immediately and cannot be returned in the way physical goods can, so completed sales are generally final. Our Refund Policy explains the limited reasons a refund may be considered and requires an eligible request within 24 hours of purchase. Buyers should open an order ticket with clear evidence and allow the seller a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. We may review the listing, files, messages and delivery records before deciding a dispute. Filing an abusive or dishonest chargeback, or repeatedly bypassing the support process, may lead to licence revocation and account restrictions. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with a product and may be limited to verified purchasers. You may not post fake, paid, retaliatory or misleading reviews, manipulate ratings or use messages to threaten, harass or solicit unlawful activity. You remain responsible for text, images, reviews and other material you submit. By making material public on the Platform, you give us a nonexclusive, worldwide licence without royalties to host, display, format and reproduce it as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. We may remove submissions that breach these terms, reveal private information or undermine the integrity of the review and support systems.
Sellers retain ownership of their products. By publishing a listing, a seller gives Hub Market a nonexclusive, worldwide licence without royalties to store, reproduce, display, promote and deliver the product and its listing material for as long as needed to operate the marketplace and serve existing buyers. The Platform's own software, design, database, branding and original content belong to its operator or licensors. If you believe a listing infringes your rights, use the process on our DMCA page and provide enough information for us to identify and assess the material. We may remove or restrict content while a claim is reviewed.
You may not use Hub Market to distribute malware, stolen or infringing material, illegal content or products that conceal harmful behaviour. You may not commit payment fraud, launder funds, abuse refunds or chargebacks, impersonate another person, fabricate sales or reviews, evade commission, bypass account or download limits, scrape or copy the Platform in bulk outside its published interfaces, probe or attack its security, overload its infrastructure, harvest personal information, spam users or harass buyers, sellers or staff. Attempts to help another person perform these acts are treated in the same way as performing them directly.
The Platform relies on independent services for payments, email, hosting, storage, security, analytics and other functions. Listings may also link to external repositories, demonstrations or download hosts selected by sellers. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. We do not control them and are not responsible for an external site's content, an independent provider's outage or a transaction made outside Hub Market. Review their terms before using a service or sending information to it.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it and the rights available to you. By using the Platform, you agree that we may send communications needed to operate your account and transactions, including verification, order, delivery, payout, product update, dispute, policy and security notices. These operational messages are different from optional marketing. Keep your email address current so important notices reach you.
We work to keep Hub Market available and secure, but continuous, timely or flawless operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, software updates, internet failures, payment networks, external providers and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt the service. We may add, change, restrict or discontinue a feature, category, payment method or part of the Platform. Product prices may change for future purchases without notice. Where a material platform change affects paid access already held by a buyer, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice or provide an appropriate solution.
Seller products and the Platform are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that a seller's product will meet every buyer's purpose, work in an environment not listed as supported, remain free of every defect or be suitable for a particular commercial use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Hub Market is not liable for lost profit, revenue, business opportunity or data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from the Platform, a seller product or an independent service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the order that directly gave rise to it. This section does not exclude liability that applicable law says cannot be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Hub Market, its owners, staff and affiliates from a claim by another party, loss, penalty, damage or reasonable legal cost arising from a product or content you upload, your infringement of another person's rights, your unlawful use of the Platform or your material breach of these terms. This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not require you to cover a loss caused by our own unlawful conduct.
We may restrict features, remove listings, suspend payouts or terminate an account where these terms are breached, where fraud, infringement or illegal activity is reasonably suspected, or where action is needed to protect users or the Platform. Legitimately earned seller balances remain payable after the applicable clearing period and any review, while money connected to fraudulent, reversed or infringing sales may be withheld or recovered. A buyer terminated for serious abuse may lose download access and licences without refund. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time, subject to records we must retain for transactions, tax, security and legal obligations.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions when the Platform, our business practices or the law changes. The current version will remain available on this page with its last updated date. Where a change materially affects users, we may also provide notice through the Platform or by email. Unless a later effective date is stated, a revision takes effect when posted. Continuing to use the Platform after that date means you accept the revised terms.
If a court finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only as much as necessary and the rest will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer the operation of the Platform and these terms as part of a legitimate reorganisation, financing, merger or sale, provided user rights continue to be respected. These terms, together with the policies they reference and any specific seller licence attached to a purchase, form the entire agreement about your use of the Platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Hub Market is established, without applying rules that would select another jurisdiction's law. Before starting formal proceedings, you and the operator agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute, using a support ticket where the dispute concerns an order and the Contact Us page or [email protected] in every other case, and to provide the information reasonably needed to understand it. If no resolution is reached, the courts of the operator's established jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Claims must be brought individually unless applicable law requires otherwise.
General questions about these Terms & Conditions, an account or a listing can be sent from the Contact Us page or by email to [email protected], with no account required. Anything tied to an order you already placed is best raised as a support ticket from that order, so the order details travel with your message. The published support address can be updated by the owner without changing this policy.
